Paul is well known locally for the quality
and price of his meat
Sourcing all of his products from local farmers allows Paul to keep maximum
control over the breed, age and quality of the animal used.
All beef sold at Littlemoors comes either from the Red Devon herd at Kingston
Lacy Estate (pictured) or Red Devons from other local farmers. Red Devons
are well known for the marbling, texture and flavour of their meat. Flavour
is the most important factor for us here at Littlemoors Farm, so they fit
perfectly
Pigs are produced for us at Ashington, between Merley and Corfe Mullen. Our farmer uses rare breed pigs,
reared at their own pace, to provide maximum welfare and therefore tasty meat
All of our lamb is produced in the Wimborne area, using outdoor lambs, grown on grass and fed a natural diet. With plenty of space to run around
the animals are allowed to develop their full flavour. By processing at the perfect age, Paul ensures that the meat is as tender as possible.
